The Dead Moon Circus is in town and they're plotting to destroy the world. Their ultimate weapon, the Mysterious Girl (Nazo no shoujo), known as Miss Dream as well as... Hotaru?!
Singing and dancing:
Songs are lip sync but still a lot of fun. Miss Dream and Over the Moon is beautiful. Triple Dreams is awesome because you get the bad guys, Outers, and Usagi/Mamoru singing different songs at the same time.
Important Actors:
Anza and Morino Ayako (First Stage Moon and Mercury). Introduces Takeda Keiko as the First stage Saturn (except for in Eien) and Saitou Rei as the first stage Pluto (except for the first Pluto who was never on tape).
The Senshi in this musical are known as the Moon Lips. They sung the opening song to the Sailor Moon anime for the S and Super S season.
Chibi Usa was double cast (two actors played her)
Mochizuki Yuuta plays Tuxedo Kamen, King Endymion, and Dracul. He also was Kamen Rider J and Tyrano Ranger in Zyurangers. He's also one of the F4 in Hana Yori Dango
Kasahara Ryuji plays Tiger's Eye as well as a million other enemies in Sera Myu as well as Silva in the HxH Musical
Enomoto Yuuta does the voice of Pegasus, he also plays the Shin Densetsu's Tuxedo Kamen
Bad:
No Saturn, No Nehelina, Ending is kinda funky. Songs are lip sycnced
Good:
Great camera angles, a lot of sfx including henshin scenes. The circus portion includes a bunch of tricks (magic and stuntwise). Introduces Hotaru for the first time.
Bonus:
Includes the bonus footage that only came on the Laser Disc.

Bad:
Jokes aren't as funny as in the original, lost some special effects
Good:
Introduces some very important Senshi. The ending is a lot better than in SMSS.
1996 Summer Special Musical
Sailor Stars
Performed August 5th - 30th, 1996
Eien Omake has footage from the Stars K senshuuraku, a documentary on the creation of Eien Densetsu musical, and finally fan kansha footage. Since it has Stars K spoiler footage, you should see that musical before seeing this tape.
FFS LD Omake, the top 10 favorite songs from the first stage. Basically just a clip show hosted by Mochizuki and Ryuji. I don't remember if these are spoiler clips or not (I think at least one of them are), so you should see the Stars-FFS musicals first if you don't want to be spoiled.
1998 Winter Special Musical
Eien Densetsu (Kaiteiban)

Eternal Legend (Revision)
The Final First Stage!!

Story:
A Stars type musical. It's the Senshi (including star lights) versus the second Galaxia. This time Galaxia brings back Beryl (the Nishina Yuri from Gaiden)
Singing and dancing:
La Fatalite Sei Senshi, Tabidachi (so emotional), Princess Kakyuu's songs, Chasin' After You, Galaxia Gorgeous, Double Moonlight romance
Important Actors:
All the senshi (including ChibiChibi and the Star Lights) versus a Beryl/Galaxia Queen Combo. Nishina Yuri returns as Beryl. Anza, Ayako, and Misako's last musical.
Anza and Morino Ayako (First Stage Moon and Mercury). Kotani Misako as Mars for the rest of the First Stage. Takeda Keiko as the First stage Saturn (except for in Eien) and Saitou Rei as the first stage Pluto (except for the first Pluto who was never on tape).
Kawasaki Mao as Chibi Chibi (also plays Chibi Usa and Black Lady)
The first Star lights. Hikari Ono plays Star Maker (Hawk's Eye, Loof Merrow, Bloody Dracul Vampiru, and Prince Demand (all in the Sera Myu). She also does other stuff like her self produced Nazo no Punk Lady and Ninja Yell
Mochizuki Yuuta plays Tuxedo Kamen. Also plays King Endymion, and Dracul. He also was Kamen Rider J and Tyrano Ranger in Zyurangers. He's also one of the F4 in Hana Yori Dango
Kasahara Ryuji plays Kyaosu
Second Galaxia, very evil
Bad:
It's more dark than the original Eien Densetsu. No Generals. Anza's last musical :-(
Good:
Return of Takeda Keiko for Saturn. The final battle between the Sailor Senshi and Galaxia. The Three lights are funny as ever.
1998 Winter Special Musical
Eien Densetsu (Kaiteiban)
The Final First Stage!!
Eternal Legend (Revision)
The Final First Stage!!
Senshuuraku
Final Performance
Performed February 16th, 1998
720x480 - 2.13 Gig - 2 hr:43 min
Same as FFS's story. Only this is the Senshuuraku (means last day event), so the last day of the final first stage = Anza, Morino and many other's graduation musical. And we all know Senshuuraku = more adlibs.
Singing and dancing:
Extra service numbers at the end, it is Anza's graduation musical after all.
Important Actors:
Same as FFS
Bad:
Seems kind of rushed, guess they need to fill in those ad libs. A lot of people are crying as they perform this musical.
Good:
Senshuuraku adlibs. Anza does her farewell speech. After the musical there are extra service numbers. This musical is really emotional which shows in the actors as they cry during emotional parts. Anza and Morino have a bonus farewell poem at the end that they read.
A commemorative video for the Final First Stage. Includes the original Eien Senshuuraku footage, the final first stage Fan Kansha clips, and clips from the Senshuuraku that are commented on by Mochizuki and Ryuji.
Singing and dancing:
Includes "Triple dreams", "Mystery Sagashi", the only recorded first stage singing of "Stay Alone", and more
The songs performed at the fan kansha event are excellent. It's also nicely balanced with the Eien senshuuraku at the beginning and then the FFS senshuuraku at the end. It's kind of sad since they interview the actors before their last performance.
