This is a delightful special in which Ami meets her very first love. Of all the episodes and specials that I have seen this special is my personal favorite. It reveals more about Ami's personality than any episode or special. It begins with Ami finding a love letter in her school locker. Despite the small file size, this special runs 15:57 which is nearly the length of a regular episode.The voice is in Japanese with English Subtitles.

The special is divided into three parts. The first part is Usagi, Luna and Artemis explaining to Chibi Usa about how Usagi became Sailor Moon, the of champion of Love and Justice, and how she battled Queen Beryl and her generals from the Dark Kingdom, then the Black Moon, and finally the Death Busters. The second part is a side-story involving Haruka and Michiru and an evil puppet. And the final part is about a new student in Chibi Usa's class who isn't quite what she seems ... for she is, in reality, a vampire! Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Carmen are actually Princess of the Moon Kingdom and Prince of the Earth who appeal to all of us who have never quite outgrown fairy-tale princes and princess. For those who know nothing of Sailor Moon the first part is an excellent grounding in some Sailor Moon basics. Those who are fans of Haruka and Michiru, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune will love the second section. Chibi Usa is strongly featured in the final section. This played as an hour special in Japan, it's actual length being 47:32. The voice is in Japanese with English Subtitles.
