I am 20-years old and I have been writing as long as I can remember.
I remember staying up at night lost in thoughts of stories and poems and any little idea I could turn into something big. Inventing people and places and lives that were as real to me as the people I knew in my day-to-day life.
I guess you can say I've always been a big dreamer.
And I can see some areas of my life where that's gotten me into trouble...
But in the end when I'm stressed out, or need some downtime; the stories and poems I create in my head are my way of relaxing. Comforting myself. Or even figuring out how I feel so that I can explain it to myself.
Reading how I feel on paper seems to make more sense then me trying to sort it out in my head.
A lot of my poems are personal, and this is my first time putting them out there in public.
I hope to get some of my book on here as well. I have two compleated books that I hope to finish editing and seeing what exactly will become of them.
I write for myself; but I hope that the things I write are something that anyone and everyone can enjoy.
