It's been ages since I've posted on here, since my dues expired two years ago and I don't have the money to scrape together and pay them.

I'm in college now, but senior year I used several of my poems from here to win a few local poetry slams. I'm majoring in Creative Writing.

I'm engaged now, which is wonderful -- getting married November 2009!

I came back because I noticed someone had put one of my works into her favorites: wow has this place changed since I last saw it. wow. pretty cool, guys, pretty cool. hard to believe this is the same place I stumbled across so many years ago because it had the most amazing collection of Sailor Moon images on the entire web. : )

well, I want to come back. heh, easier said than done with money on the line... commenting on other people's poems was much better but I know, bills have to be paid and I understand. I'm treasurer in the sci-fi/fantasy/geek club at my university; official title Money-Grubbing Slime. ^_^ anyway, that sly mistress is once again weaving her nets and singing the name of my soul, and I cannot but answer her call...

please, if you come here, read my works and comment on them. they're old, yeah, but people have changed around here and I don't want to go the way of dear, dear, Jenny S., who went away and thus my favorite poetess on here vanished. ("Cast a Glamour" is a poem addressed to her.)
