I am a Geographer by education with a passion for History. Currently I am working as a Claims Adjuster for a major corporation. I've always had a nostagic feeling for the past and having grown up in the Bronx, I have plenty of vivid and wonderful memories of those great years in the 50's and 60's. City life was very special back then. I enjoy writing poetry and narratives about those experiences as well as other topics.
I have a collection of antique newspapers and prints from the eighteenth and nineteenth century. Nothing like reading the news as it actually was happening and reported. This has been a hobby of mine for many years. I am striving to become a freelance writer and am devoting as much free time as possible toward this goal.
