I have always loved the written word. It has the ability to change, to enlighten, to entertain, and to paint pictures that exist only within the authors' mind. I was involved in an auto accident 3 years ago that has left me unable to return to the workplace. Rather than go stark raving mad, I begain writting again and have developed a passion for photography also. When I post a poem or other written work, and it is judged, I hope that it is judged for its merit and if criticism is offered it is done so with tack and honesty. I will always endervor to do the same. I have had many expeierences over my 50+ years, and they are many times the basis for what I write. Some have been wonderful and some have been very horrific, but both have been the inspiration for my work.
