Hi! My name is Elisabeth but my friends and family call me Liz. Many people confuse my name and think it's spelled with a "z" instead of a "s". The name [E l i "s" a b e t h] isn't very common but it isn't very rare either. Confused still?
I found this website while searching the internet for Sailor Moon music. Then guess what?...I found Prose-n-Poetry! I'm glad I did too. I love the music, especially the songs Forever in my Arms and The Power of Love. This is one of the best websites I've ever been to. I love to write about things that inspire me, in fact I love to write period! I also love to see comments on my work, so don't be shy to speak your mind.I also like to read other peoples work. There are many great writers here!

A Kid Inside
I think being a teenager is over-rated, with all that junk about having to change yourself in some way to fit in with a crowd. I like to be independent and I don't have to act "fake" just to get someone to like me.I don't want to be popular. I miss being a kid because you'd never have to worry about things and you'd be in your own fantasy world where anything's possible, daydreaming all the while, nothing to be difficult...lonely...despairing. I should have cherished my childhood but I was too busy thinking about the future. I may look like a teenager on the outside, but I'm a kid on the inside and I hope things will never change. Don't let the kid inside you die either.
My Childhood Dream
Ever since my childhood days I dreampt of being a veterinarian.I've thought about the careers I would want to have-an artist? musician? writer? I like all these occupations but my mom says none of them pay very well. I've decided to be a vet and am aspiring to be one. It was my childhood dream and I can't turn it away. Maybe I could be an artist part time. Who knows?
Right now I'm just dreaming.
Being A Mormon
I am a Mormon. I'm proud of it. Some people misunderstand us but some of us are really good people. We have many values and we do community service. If anyone wants to learn more about us, I'm here to answer any questions I can.
Love
I love romance and I hope to find my true love someday. I get discouraged though because I've heard of many women who have problems with their relationships, particularly with my mom. She has been struggling with her boyfriends and whenever she thinks she's found "the one", she gets herheart broken. I keep telling her that her soul mate was my dad,her first love. He's deceased now and my mom has told me how much she misses him, but she doesn't want to be alone forever; she keeps searching. From her experiences, I figure I'll never find my "prince charming" but I can still daydream.
