God Answers

My mother always told me to talk to God if I ever have a problem or need someone to talk to.
One day I ask God "Are you listening?"
He never answered.
I asked him if he thought I was pretty.
The same day, I saw a little girl who lost her hair because of chemotherapy and she wasn't ashamed of it.
I then asked him if I was smart enough and I went to check out a book and saw a guy who's 14 year old daughter was teaching him how to read.
My life could be worse and all I know is that I take somethings for granted. He did answer me in a visual way, that who cares about being beautiful? who cares about what kind of make-up you ware to make yourself look better? It could be so entirely worse. He taught me to accept myself for who I am and not to change for anyone.
Then I realized that just because God doesn't give a verbal answer, doesn't mean he is not listening.

Great story, that's a great moral.
I guess that you learned a lesson.
He answered you , and he has to do all that with like billoins of trilloins of other people, so you're verrrrry lucky.
Keep that in mind next time that you might have another question.
You fixed all your mistakes, so I know that you have covered everything and I have nothing bad to say.
Great job!

Hey Melissa,
what a nice story. God always listens. Sometimes I just talk to him. He dosen't answer me but I know he is listening. He may not answer a question now but he could answer it in like 10 years from now.
