You need 400 g rice
4 green peppers/ different colours
tomatoes 3-4
onions 3
garlic 5-6 cloves
stock cubes
oil
water
a big! pan

Put water mixed with some oil of olives into the pan- as much as you need to cover the rice, add the stock cubes for the taste you like.
let the rice cook on a very low temterature until the water is gone again and again add water until the rice is cooked half .

Add the cut pieces of green pepper, onions, garlic, and tomatoes- cook all of it but do not forget to add water! When the rice is finished, the vegetables are as well . Dont add any more water, but wait untill all of it is gone and the rice starts to become a bit crust at the bottom of the pan.

Ready after about one hour at all, enough for 4 persons! Delicious vegetarian meal.

If you like flesh in it add baken cut meatballs at the end!

Hope you like it!
