I am sitting alone
Listening to rock music

I seem to have
Trouble writing words
Besides these

I tried to think
Of a subject
But my skills today
Are inept.

I can barely
String two sentences together
Without a mistake
Much less several

I haven't been coherent
For the last three days

I start a conversation
Nobody knows what
I've said

I have had no problem
With bringing a subject
To a halt because
I make no sense.

I felt like this when
I was eleven and today
I wasn't able to think
Of a suitable subject.
