Does danger lurk behind your smile
is your warm welcome a ploy
is there a hidden meaning within your words
do you play with my feelings like a toy

yes I still remember you friend
but do you remember who you are
things have changed since we last met
it has been quite a while

who’s side are you on friend
is there something I have missed
why do I mistrust you so
are you Judas about to kiss

I am sorry for the interrogation
the truth is all I want to know
I do not trust anyone
for they could be friend or foe.
