Braid my hair
make me smile and ill blind you with my dental work. Sometimes i care
about my hair, sometimes too much to care for you. I love myself. Aren’t
we supposed to? I love myself too much to love you. To love any one.
To love me. Whatever, life is a merry go round and ive got the non
stop tickets. Tickets. I’ve got the ticket to your heart and consequently to any who will lend an ear to hear what I have
to spray at them and poison their minds and
taint and taunt
and it always comes back to love.
A boomerang?
Not as trustworthy. If only I could fit into the mold that was made for me, if only I could act the character of which I was cast. If only,
if only, all these only’s running around town with if’s in their passenger seat of the 1969 mustang.
Its cool, its cool.
it’s the in thing to do. Have regrets and unpaid bets. Have remorse and a retired racehorse.
Do you love me?
again, catch the boomerang already. Again, cry the tears on cue. Again, again. Ride the ride and enjoy again and again and again.
