Judgements of the masses
by Edward W.
copyright 08-14-2001

Age Rating: 18 to 127

You cast your finger in my face
just because I don't walk to your certain pace

How can you say you are right
but if I disobey you want to fight

you pass your judgements on me'
but the error of your own ways you never see.

who died and made you the judge today,
your dues you still have at large to pay.

what makes you able to decide when I am wrong
looking down on me like a king on a throne

you are no better than me we are equal
and your life will also have a sequel

where you will stand in the judgement seat
and ask forgiveness at my feet!

so don't be too quick to condemn me my friend
because I will be the one to judge you, in the end.

I don't think that you should believe that you will ever be the one to judge. For if this is true it makes you no better than them! Anthony

Powerfully written poem. Speaks volume.

Hmm... I'll admit, I'm no judge. I pray the day will come, when all who do will see the error of thier ways. :)
