6 tomatoes cut up into little pieces. (about he size of your little toe nail.)
2 bunch of green onion chopped.
3 or 4 cloves of garlic. (Minced very fine)
1-Jalepéno and 2-yellow chilies. (Minced very fine)
Rinse then chop Cilantro (leaves only not the stems.)
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 pinch of Ground Cumin.
Combine all ingredients, add Salt to taste.

(Let stand for an hour, so all flavors mingle and ingredients marinate.)

Variations: You can add cubed pieces of Avocado, and/or small cubes of Monterey Jack cheese.
Sea Food: Cooked Shrimp, Abalone, Lobster chunks, Crab meat.
