London Broil

1 1/2 to 2 inch thick London Broil
1 cup pineapple juice
(unsweetened)
1 cup Soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon smashed garlic
pulp.
1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground Rosemary

Meat should be thoroughly thawed and excess liquid drained off then:

1- Rub garlic into meat
2- Mix all dry ingredients in a little dish…
3- Rub dry seasoning into meat..
4- Combine pineapple juice, and Soy Sauce.
Pour over entire steak and let marinade over night or for at least 12 hours in your refrigerator, turning meat over half way through the time period.
Preheat Bar-B Q grill on high.

For Medium Rare:
Place steak directly over the flame for 2 ½ minutes on each side to seal the juices in the steak.

Then lower flame to medium flame. Cook for another 5 minutes on each side. Then move the steak off the center of flame , off to the side for another 20 or 25 minutes.

For Medium Well let cook another 15 minutes. 5 min, for every grade above medium well.

To serve: slice thin across the width of the London Broil.
