Ingredients:
-Ice cream (vanilla or caramel is best, I didn't try many others)
-Soda (not the lemon-lime types though)(you could also try this with iced tea)
-Crushed ice
Directions:
Put a tablespoon of crushed ice in a glass, add a small scoop of ice cream, pour in the soda, and poke it with a straw for a while. Um... thats about it, unless anyone has any creative suggestions. Enjoy!^-^

This is a good recipe. I can't have soda myslef so I wouldn't know how it tastes. That makes this extremely helpful. Now I don't have to worry about them not liking it! Thank you!
Grape, orange, and strawberry flavored sodas are very good with plain vanilla ice cream. I love to just sit down and enjoy it while watching some T.V. every now and then. It is a great recipe.
yum...caramel...ice cream...
I love Mrs.Ball's suggestion, my mouth is watering. I'm eating coffee flavor right now, and it tastes delicious!!! Makes you want to run out, buy the ingredients and make it!!
I like to drizzle chocolate syrup or caramel on the insides of the glass before doing this, and then top the whole thing with whip cream and a cherry. I feel so...pampered and naughty then... but it's SOOOO good! :-) YUMMY!
This sounds great. I simply love a good Ice cream Soda. I remember the beauties i got in the local Candy store when i was growing up. Seltzer right from the tap and that thick rich syrup. Your recepie sounds like the old fashion way. Nice Regina.
