  Beau’s Seasoned Coating Mix

5 Cups Flour
2 1/2 Cup corn flakes (crushed)
2 teaspoons. Garlic Powder
1 tablespoons Onion Powder
2 tablespoons Lemon Pepper
2 teaspoons Red Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons Ground Basil
1 teaspoons Ground Oregano
1 teaspoons Ground Thyme
1 teaspoons Ground Rosemary

Mix together well. Store in an air tight container.

Oven fried chicken:
Preheat oven to 400F greased baking pan.
Baking: apply pats of butter/or margarine to the tops of chicken pieces skin side up. Or spray with Pam/cooking oil.

Fried Chicken:
Fries best in “Crisco Vegetable Oil”

1 cup of dry mix in a plastic bag. Place chicken parts and shake.
Bake at 400* for 45 min. until golden
