Thumb and two fingers of brown sugar
A liberal dash of sage
1 egg
three or four shakes of salt

That sound really good, I'll try it. I tried making meatloaf before but I kinda failed because I only had a vague idea on how to make it, so now that I know how to, for sure I'll succeed.

Thanks for the recipe

I love meatloaf. My husband isn't so much into it but with this little recipe he just might reconsider. Awesome!

At last, a recipe for meatloaf. It's something we don't seem to have over here.
I had it years ago on a visit to the USA, I was very impressed. Now I can make my own.
Thank you, Brian

I love meatloaf and this recipe varies from my familys recipe, but we also use the brown sugar and never knew anyone else who did. Sounds great.

I'll get my wife to cook it! Sounds great.
