A New Day

by Eric Carrillo (Age: 32)

A new day, a new chapter in life.
Like a never ending novel, life
continues,
it unwinds, and continues looping continuously, like a never
ending film.
The images do not fade, this film is indestructible.
The images are permanent, the story is too long to tell, yet,
it's too important to be forgotten...

How true your words are Eric, after reading them I thought about all the images of life that I have stored away over the years, and you are right, the picture are still there.

A fine write which I enjoyed reading very much.

When we are young, life seems endless. As we grow older, days don't stretch out as long anymore and suddenly weeks have gone by. Like the song "the Dance" by Garth Brooks, I'm glad I didn't know, the way it all would end, the way it all would go...we wouldn't have the courage to face our lives if we knew what huge events were in store.

It's the only novel you can't skip ahead and read the end.. wouldn't that be nice?
