Need:
1 1/2 cups cornbread stuffing or seasoned stuffing mix
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup whole kernel corn
1 small onion - finely chopped
1/4 cup celery - finely chopped
4 boneless pork chops - 3/4" thick
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon spicey brown mustard.
Preparations:
1. Mix stuffing, soup, corn, onion, and celery into a large bowl until well mixed.
2. Spread mixture into a greased 9" pie plate
3. Place the pork chops on top of the stuffing mixture.
4. Mix the sugar and mustard and spoon over the pork chops.
5. Bake at 400 for 30 min or until done.
