Calling it Love?
by Jack Curson (Age: 32)
copyright 05-23-2006

Age Rating: 7 to 127

Refrained from the negativity of frequent judgments,
They seek the truth behind love.
Asking through the minds eye what the Lord Almighty,
His grace have in store for them.
Holding, feeling and wanting the comfort affection brings,
They stare into each others eyes,
Insistent on its presence.
Tonight they will confess their undying passions for each other,
Not through words but with a union of flesh.
Giving in a way no other has received,
Feeding a roaring fire.
Souls cry because of the "love" confessed by their mortal hearts.
And the night ends with the union of two,
With love bound in arms.

Beyond doubt, this is one of the best love poems I've EVER read!! It's so beautiful and you really know how to amaze. I'm surprised a guy wrote this! Did you write this poem out of love? And for who?

Great emotion.
It is a hard hitting piece of Prosody,
but I must admit I would like to see it structured in free-style poetry---
My bias!
Good read.
