She is miles away from
me
My heart cries
eyes full of tears
you see...

She is a soldier
in the army now
Her name is Private
Lohmeier...

Every day one dies
their soul is carried
to the skies...

As there love ones
say good-byes...

My daughter the
soldier is helping
save lives...

Soon she will be
home
for a little while

I can't wait to see
her shiny
blonde hair
her beautiful smile...

Then she leaves for
Washington D.C.

Her life as a soldier
was meant to be!

THis is a beautiful tribute to your daughter. Very touching and brings tears to my eyes. Just lost a friend only 21 years old in this war. Personally I despise war, but I admire anyone who is willing to put their life on the line, for what that believe. My best wishes for you and your daughter.
