Nonet on a Sonnet (Denise's challenge)
by Regina S.
copyright 11-08-2003

Age Rating: 4 to 127

Ok, for anyone that doesn't know, a nonet is a nine line poem with decreasing syllables of 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.

Shakespearian Sonnet

What's in a Shakespearian sonnet:
an iambic pentameter
fourteen 10-syllable lines,
3 stanzas, 4 lines each,
rhymed a-b-a-b
c-d-c-d...
a couplet,
a great
mind.

Great job Reggie, I need to answer denises challenge, but writing in forms takes so long I just have not had the time. Maybe one year, lol. I want to get my serial comeplted and I do not think I am ever going to finish it. I finally posted a new chapter after all these months and edited the other six.

Thanks, I did!^-^ But in the second line, 'iambic' can also be pronounced i-am-bic (3 syllables).
