~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Female spirits, pure, unspoiled;
Beautiful, nubile maidens.
Innocent they walk among us
Half-clad, enchanting spirits.
Dryads guard the trees and woods,
Druas is their name!
Ruling tree and forest;
Keep them safe and clean.
The mountains are for the Oreads,
So shy they are but coy;
Passionate, with love and grace,
Reaching up to the skies.
Naids congregate near water,
Springs of freshwater they inhabit.
In harmony with Dryads;
Keep shaded by their pools.
See a nymph? You may,
In trees, rocks and springs.
Take delight in their great beauty;
Rejoice in their magical presence!
