Walking along life's pathway,
I smile at everything I see,
I think of the beauty of the Earth,
And all that Christ has done for me.
What if Satan had come down instead?
Do you think he would have been willing to die?
Where would we have gotten our Christ-like example,
And on whom would we rely?
Some people take Christ's life for granted,
They really think it's no big deal,
But imagine what it was like to be hung on that cross,
Do you think that was an easy ordeal?
God cries when his children go hungry,
When they're left without warmth in the night,
But we can do something to change that,
We can fill that darkness with light,
This life that we live will end very soon,
For the world is becoming more evil each day,
Try to start living a life that is pleasing unto God,
So we, his people might not go astray.
