Waiting Forever (Double-sided Acrostic )
by Keely Daly (Age: 41)
copyright 12-01-2003

Age Rating: 7 to 127

We search finding each other with hearts tattered
Amenity, words affecting everything and you
In between the prelude and the end, an ocean, a tear, a war
Tethered passion, fiery aura
Incessant yearning, he so glib
Never to touch, to speak at all
Go on your way, my heart aches, go on your way

*This was my first attempt at form. It was a great way to help me get over the dry spell I've been struggling with.
The first word is waiting the end is durably or waiting forever.
This was tons of fun!

This is really good

Came back to rate. Wonderful, work Keely. And how did I already know? The only form I know (or at least know the name of) is Haiku. ^.^ In truth, I know the forms, but I don't know the names. Sonnet, only because I performed one once, so i'm forced to know that scheme. v.v;;;;

Beautiful work, Keely!
