My Blood Your Paint
by Debra Rose (Age: 21)
copyright 12-15-2003

Age Rating: 13 to 127

You inspire to thoughts I've never pondered,
Emotions I've never felt,
Things that inebriate me in passion.
Controlled by you,
You realize,
I'm on my knees for you?
Each time I feel your blade,
I feel God within my flesh,
Blood coursing down--
How do you make the faith come back?

I want my body to be the canvas,
Your knife the brush,
My blood your paint.
Make me your masterpeice.

Desecrate me,
Make me something,
I never thought I'd be.
Make me believe,
That god is still alive.
Bring him back to life--
And lower me back down,
To the level,
I was meant to be.
Animal under you boot,
You hold the leash around my neck.

Less than human--
I am nothing but your canvas.

Disconnect the wires that have created,
The machine I have become.
Reprogram me?
I want to fall into your insanity,
And never emerge again...

Make me forget how easy it was,
To pull the trigger?
You are the solution,
To the problem that is me.

This is a good poem, but I would never want to be this way. I want some control where and when I do things. Good write! Anthony

Debra, this is definitely a scary poem..I cringe at the thought of being under someone else's control.
