There's a certain kind of paradise
Which greets a mortal being,
On a winter dawn of crystal ice
And frosty glints a beaming:
When the limbs of trees are bowing low
With gems in silver lining,
When a million stars a crowning glow
From every branch a shining;
When the morning air is crisp and cold
And nips your toes and fingers,
When your frozen breath is hard to hold
And forms a cloud that lingers.
When the Milky Way from heaven lies
Outside your door some morning -
It is heaven's kind of paradise
The winter dawn adorning.

Moses...this brings back memories of childhood dreams in winter. Mortal man is in awe of all that nature and Heaven provides. Nice imagry, heartfelt poem.
This is really nice Moses. I could feel the chill in the air. Now the Northeast is being clobbered with a blizzard...we've already got several inches and more to come. Winter is really here.
All the best.
