Angels meet sheperds
by Tara M. (Age: 16)
copyright 12-30-2003

Age Rating: 1 to 127

On a grassy hill,
together in the dark,
5 sheperds mind their sheep,

A heavenly light,
drops down on the earth,
the sheperds remain still,

Angels fly down,
their voices ascending,
softly their praises sing,

"Glory to Jesus, the new born king!"

Leaving their flocks behind,
the sheperds seek and find,
Our savior,lord Jesus,
asleep in a troff,
the cattle surround the baby so small,
born to help you and me,a better world for all!
