What a sight, up so high
In the night sky
The fireworks sparkling
Celebrating this day
The beginning of a new year
Once again has arrived

The fireworks glisten,
lighting up the night sky
Making what a wonderful sight
to see on this new years night

Red, orange, and yellow
Green, blue, indigo, and violet
Are the colors of these fireworks
That glisten and sparkle
This new years night
