Why am I hated?
by Jasmine Hicks (Age: 19)
copyright 02-20-2004

Age Rating: 13 to 127

Why am I hated?
Why can't I be loved?
I am misunderstood,
And rejected forever more.

No one seems to care
About anything I say or do.
I may be respected,
But never understood.

I want to scream and cry
Until I lose my voice.
I wish to yell out my anger
Along with everything else inside.

I wish to kill
And I wish to die,
But that's not the answer
To every single fray.

I want revenge
For all those who hurt,
And mocked and insulted me.

They don't deserve to live
Or is it I?
In a world of mysteries,
You yourself are not alone.

wonderful poem! ^-^ Here's a tip (that u may already use): whenever you are having a strong feeling, like happiness or sadness, pull out some notebook paper or note cards or whatever, and just start spilling your guts on it. Later, pull it out again, make some sence of it, organise it, and poof! a poem! This works 4 me.
