The hummingbirds and nightingales
fly by with every spring,
they stay a while
they laugh and smile
and joyfully they sing.
But as the cold starts blowing in
with the oncoming fall,
they fly away
and day by day
await the season’s call.
The grizzly bear that keeps it’s home
when faced with winters air,
lazy to fight,
sleeps day and night
without a single care.
The silver wolf does stand it’s ground
through sleet and snow and rain,
chose to be bold
and brave the cold
and became stronger with his pain.
The obstacles are always there
they come and go by will,
but walk the path
and take their wrath
and you’ll be stronger still.
