All over the world
For the one special thing
For someone to care

I'm searching
But I cannot find
That one true love
For anyone to love

I'm not looking
Not anymore
I've had it, I give up
There's no one out there for me

Now I'm crying
And my soul is dying
Because I am alone
And alone I have been

If you are looking
And you cannot find
Look my way and just maybe
We will find what we are looking for

Now we are not searching
For we have found
That special thing
We have been searching for

Hi Travis,
This poem is so filled with emotions...love, despair, lonliness and hope. You touch on each one and still return to hope. Very good poem.
I like your title a lot, but being a romantic I thought maybe you would also like "Someone to Care". Enjoyed the read.
