"Trust me" low whisper
You made me believe
Is ignorance bliss?
Easy to deceive

Velvet caresses
Quell the urge to fight
That voice in my head
Questions "Is this right?"

Plunge in still deeper
Unravel my mind
That charming smile
You've made me so blind

Innocent body
I'm caught in the rush
Sadist desire
It's starting to crush

Your second-hand vows
Now splinter and break
Etch your deception
Make my new heart ache

Slip farther away
I'm trapped in your vice
True love or sheer lust?
A toss of the dice

Push between my thighs
You can't seem to wait
I've brought on this pain
Resisting too late

Teeth nip at my throat
Rigid and choking
Over tainted flesh
Hands are still stroking

Roll away sated
I try not to cry
Eyes wide in terror
All venomous lies

Silk ribbons to chains
No longer flaunted
Sweet pleasure to pain
Used and unwanted

*AN*~ Kudos to Walter for helping me with the title!!!! And to Zoe for not laughing at my first pitiful attempt at a poem!! I luvess you guys!!~

If this is your first attempt at poetry, I'm afraid to see what lurks in the horizon! Every young woman that contemplates engaging in sexual activity for the first time should read this poem, if only to give it a second thought! This is outstanding work. I commend you for your use of language and great imagery! The message is crystal clear!

That was your first?? Powerful stuff. It rhymes without sounding sing-songy. Not everyone can do that. I must check out some more of your stuff. Impressed!
