588 BC
Shortly after Jerusalem was destroyed by the Babylonians
From far away, across the sea,
There came a noble man;
He spoke of battles to the east
And mourned his country's fall;
He mourned his fellow kinsmen,
He mourned his father-land,
And raised his voice with eloquence...
Embracing Ireland.
From Palestine this sage did come,
The Sage of Tara Hill;
He brought along an entourage
And brought Emanuel's will;
He brought along a minstrel's harp,
He brought a granite stone;
A stone of great significance...
To plant in Ireland.
From Judah-land the prophet brought
The crown of Zedeki;
He brought the royal diadem
With princess TeaTephi.
He gave her hand to Herremon,
He placed them on the stone,
And crowned them as the king and queen...
Of ancient Ireland.
The sage was Ollam Fadhla,
His scribe was Simon Breck;
They built a university
On northern Tara Hill;
He trained young men as magistrates,
He trained them in the law,
He taught them jurisprudence...
To govern Ireland.
The stone is known as "Destiny,"
And in its presence were
All kings and queens of England
Established on the throne:
The sons of all the royals,
The daughters of the crown,
All trace their blood to Herremon...
And Tea of Ireland.
"As long as sun and moon endure,
The throne of David reigns,"
This is the solemn promise
Of God's own sacred word.
The stone: Jacob's Pillar Stone,
The harp was David's harp,
The prophet - sent by God to place...
His throne in Ireland.
And so it is, today you'll find
In Lough Erne's cemeter',
On the Isle of Devenish,
Which claims bones at rest there
Are Jeremiah's bones,
The bones of old Fadhla,
The greatest legislator...
At rest in Ireland.
