A tragic occurance with 'Silver Moonlight'

What I considered to be the most tragic loss to the Sailor Moon fan community occured a few mon ths ago that I only recently discovered. The Sailor Moon oriented site known as Silver Moonlight has been closed. Pemanently. I don't mean that it still exists, but will no longer be updated. It nolonger exists. The site's creators, the Raven Team, removed everything from the site and the fanart site/page Obsidian Wings. For about a month a farewell message and picture were all that remained, and now not even that exists. One of the members, known as Sailor Sirius, also had an account of Fanfiction.net and she even went so far as to delete all her Sailor Moon fics as well as any stores she had written that had to do with the Raven Team. The links to the site no longer work. Silver Moonlight is truely dead.

The reason they gave was that they were no longer interested in the Sailor Moon fandom and wanted to leave that part of their lives behind. I have been considering restarting the site on my own,b ut there are two problems with that idea: A) I don't have the Raven Team's permition to re-open the site and I don't know how to contact them, and B) I don't know how to create or upkeap a web-site as I have no reliable source of income at the moment.
