From the gloom of day in leaden plow
Saw the share from the horse and plow
Wanton push in the borrow drag
Cross my mind it is the nag
It is a night with out sleep
Slip your fingers into my mind
What terrible things do you find
Not my role in your subjective play
Only the power of another clever day
Soldiers my life another day keeps
Waters of the lake turn to gray from blue
It is better than the brown to blood red hue
No burden lay upon my soul it is not here
Nor is it in a cave covered in pride-less fear
Mothers in another country weep
Earth soaks up the thoughts of sleeping
As I watch for the enemy who is creeping
Think that is not true I will bury likes of you
In the stand that takes a tower burning two
Did the earth stop turning or did it just feel that way
