Can anyone please give me some tips on how to write a good essay? Because I write poetry, I write poetic sentences in my essays, and get marks off for not having complete sentences, and run ons.

I have no idea, barely 11, with no ideas gow to write good essays aprt from answering all questions that might possibly come out, use high vocabulary words, not too many, maybe five and use Microsoft Word so that it shows spelling mistakes.
Also, double-check or read over.

ME!! ^-^<-- *waves hand in the air*. I had a rlly good English teacher last year, and he taught me how to write a perfect essay!! Well, almost perfect, he never gave me higher than a B+ cuz he kept wanting me to try harder. (I got an A once, but that might have been a pity mark so I'm not counting that ^-~). Anyways I get 90's and 100's now, so if you want send me any essay, and I'll point out what's wrong with it and give you tips! :)
