Living Story

Not all words are on the page, some come to life

It is a long road to the finding of my soul

Children know the game

I walk within the confines of your mind

to a place that I see where the world is you and me

Lonely is the gift you bring

Would you take me and make you mine

Strange is the wind that flows from
love to sin

corridors are full of wanta be

As the water drops from a burden sky
we simply pass

I can see the wanting love in your eyes

Silly childish schemes leave me again, pain

A tangled web leads to a warm bed lost on the corner of time
Soft and sweet like vintage wine burns the passion that we find

Hand out held is no more than rejection laid

My soul walking loose in the corners dark

Joy will find a way to allow me to stay
safely hidden in a thought

Judge lays the gavel down sentence stayed

This is a poem left very much open to interpretation. Your flow is always so different than others, and refreshing as well. I liked this a lot.

And I don't know why, but I think is my favorite line:
"Joy will find a way to allow me to stay
safely hidden in a thought "

I can take too many things from this, perhaps because the notes ring bells of things within my own life and mind. That was only meant as an observation, but I'm sure you knew that. At least the sentence was stayed for one more round. I think that was a good thing. ^^

Frank :)
