Are You Blind?
by Jack Curson (Age: 32)
copyright 07-10-2004

Age Rating: 10 to 127

Mine eyes see the world as man’s refuge in benevolence.
Blind to the truths’ that haunts his heart,
Beyond doubt…
Are you terrified to meet “Death”?
Will this confrontation lead to some moral distaste?
Is lack of understanding the defiance of our spirits?
We turn away time and time again from our Champion.
Failing to open our soul’s eyes only deters our growth.
Burning fires of negativity blaze,
Surrounding Hope in a sulfuric smoke
Can you fight the good fight?
Will your Faith loose its way?
Only future time will tell.
Abound in the light of His Love,
All the heavens will bow.
He who did not spare His own Son,
But delivered Him up for us all,
How shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
Open your eyes to the truth bound to the chest of your soul!
If God is for us, who can be against us?
