Shh now
Can you hear it?
The voices of Angels above the stars?
Close your eyes
Can you see it?
The magnificant beauty that stands before you?
Give me your hand
Can you feel it?
The way my heart skips a beat with each gentle touch?
Take a breath
Can you smell it?
The roses that fill the air around us?
Kiss my lips
Can you taste it?
The suculent sweet love that flows from me to you?

Take me in your arms and love me forever
For forever is where I hold you

The Angels sing and rejoice for us
Forever in my sight will you be beautiful
Forever will my soft caresses flow upon your skin like the gentle rains
Forever your scent shall cloud my thoughts
And forever the taste of your lips be adorned upon my lips

And most of all
Forever will your joyous laughter be painted in my heart

Wow, there is so much pressure in it (in a good way!)
I really like the way you've put this.

Awww... *misty eyed*...
Sometime poems are sappy, sometimes they sleepy, and sometimes they just be. However, yours was inviting, almost exciting, and I couldn't wait to read the word after next after next after to see what's next. Too bad it ended so suddenly. Oh well, guess I'll have to go re-read it again! :-)
