I'm Never Alone

I looked into the mirror,
To see where I would go,
When, to my terror,
I realized I was all alone.

Nobody did I see,
From far and near,
So I fell to my knees,
Quaking in fear.

Then a light from above,
Lit up my view,
I felt His love,
And life was renewed.

Now I know,
That life's a thrill ride,
But I'm never alone,
Because I'm on God's side.
