Here I wait

Here I wait

I hear the voice of the wind whispering.
I see the flames of the fire dancing.
I smell the rich scent of the water.
I feel the love that has been lost...

As I sit in the moonlight I wait,
Here I wait for you to come back to me.

This is a very good piece! It's on the short side, but the comparisons and the way you word it is very nice! The only thing that really bothers me is how low this is rated... Anyhow, this is a really meaningful and emotional piece, and I really liked it. It'd of been better if you made it longer, and if you capitalized the work "wait" in the title, but aside from that there's no flaws that I can spot. You also added to it a bit with the fitting picture. This was a great piece, and I hope to see more like it! Keep writing! And since this piece shouldn't be so lowly rated, here's a five. :)

This is really good. I didn't really think anyone else besides me could smell water. When I ask my friends, they give me a "I didn't hear that, and I don't want to hear it" look. -.- This is really good. No complaints. Perfect five for you.

That's it! I am so forcing you to STOP MOVING!!! Other than that little outburst of mine, I'd like to state that this is a fairly good poem and to stop *cough*moving*cough* ... alergies...
