I wish Ol’ Webster had a definition for the word best friend
But the poor man would have been there forever because true friendship never ends
There are many things that best friends do
First of all they are always there for you
Then there’s a love that is so unconditional
That even when you mess up you have no fear of dismissal
And there is their laugh how it never fails to cheer you up even on the worst of days
And that’s when it hits home, that your best friends unwavering love will never stray
We laugh and we cry but best friends share it all until the day they die
When you are in need of someone to talk to, a best friend never has to be asked, she’ll just pull up a chair beside you
While the pain you’ve been hiding slowly comes unmasked
When she’s down you pull her through
And when you fall she does the same for you
She’ll be there for you until the end, because best friends are forever…Kaitlyn and Sam
