For an answer to your title, no. It's in the human nature to fight and be competitive. Not to mention that all humans have a side of them that wants to be the best and the strongest out there. The only problem, is when those who we elect to run these countries don't have those parts of their hearts in check. As long as we are human, and have conflicting interests, there will always be war, and there can only be peace in small comparisons. In the fourth line, first paragraph, you need to ad a space between Dr. and King. This was a good poem, keep writing. And we all know the phrase, "All's fair in love and war."
May the divine darkness be with you,
Leigh of the Commenting Crusaders

Unfortunately, until we accept everyone's differences and consider ourselves to be just one race on Earth, then there will always be war. War seems to be the answer to everything on this planet.
However, I do believe that very soon that something will happen and we will be forced to work together to overcome it...all nations on Earth will become one and there will finally be peace.
