The darkness has engulfed me
Tearing at me relentlesly
Attacking me with the cold truth
That the true light will never come
All I can do is give in and give up

NO!! I musn't give up
I have to keep fighting
No matter how painful the dark cold truth is
I must disregard this blatant attempt
To destroy me and leave the true light wandering

I know I cannot do this alone
If I try I know I'll surely fail
This is something that has to be done
This is a do or die situation
And dying is most definately not an option

I will fight the good fight until the end
And I have a feeling it's near
The nearer the better
And the sooner I reach this light
The sooner we will become one
