I've Wandered and Wondered
by Barry Clopton Lanier (Age: 52)
copyright 10-04-2004

Age Rating: 13 to 127

Oh yes, I've wandered, and I have wondered,
Of really the wonder of it all.
And as late Fall's green turns to crimson,
I stand in its presence with awe.

What seemss a grande, vast expanse in the big picture,
Is really so small, yet an abyss.
So I've wandered, and I have wondered,
Just how much of life, have I really missed?

Looking far beyond the rippling waves,
Where the ocean touches the sky.
Reminds me of just how close, yet how far,
From discovering the true meaning of I.

It's so nice and refreshing to read something like this.
I wish I could just disappear into the picture you've created.
Wonderful I think would be the best word to describe it.
