~You Are~
by Angela Toshner (Age: 19)
copyright 10-04-2004

Age Rating: 10 to 127

Frozen in time
Reliving the day.
You closed the door
Now you must pay.

You smashed the clock,
The time now shutters.
Frozen in time,
You are.

You broke the heart
Of a crying girl.
And now
must relive,
the pain.

Frozen in time,
Locked in a room,
Trapped forever,
You are.

Wow...you're like one of those famous authors who leave you thinking about the poem you've read for an extended amound of time. I really liked this poem...mysterious, yet it has a meaning...it's a type of poem that can mean anything; it all depends on the person who reads it. EXCELLENT job!
