Milly McDeevit

Millie McDeevit sure loved her carrots
She loved them so oh very much
She ate them for breakfast and dinner
She had them for supper and lunch

Millie McDeevit ate them assorted
Shredded, boiled and diced
She ate them loudly and slowly
She ate them pickled and spiced

But suddenly Millie McDeevit
Started to feel very sick
She felt very light-headed
And everything was heavy as brick

After looking in the mirror
She refused to believe what looked back
She suddenly felt very scared
An element she was known to lack

For you see, after looking in the mirror
She was forced to realize the truth
She was really a rabbit.
A fact she'd ignored from her youth

****Freaky but true Fact: If you eat too many carrots, you DO turn orange.

I know it sounds a bit forced in some parts, but I tried.

You only turn orange from eating carrots if you have them for 2 weeks straight. It was on the Magic School Bus <^-^> Carrots are good. Yum yum.

That was very amuseing, yet very thoughtful.
I enjoyed it very much indeed.
I've never liked carrots, and now that I now that it is possible to turn orange from eating them, I have a legitiment to hate them. Thank you!
Great work, keep it up.
