All Hallows’ Eve
Harvest moon golden orange
Spirits wander the land
A magical night
Spirits come forth to visit.
Día de los Muertos
Picnic in the cemetery with Jean-Thomas
Clean his stone and little garden
Place new flowers and special gifts on his grave
Special night
Honoring our ancestors and remembering
Starry night
Glowing fire
Around we sit and tell stories of things that go bump in the night
Witches singing, stirring brews, telling fortunes.
Little goblins
Trick or treat
Halloween fun.

This is how I understand Halloween and how we celebrate it. Dia de la muetas is day of the dead. As I understand it, it's a special day where families go to the cemeteries and visit their loved ones buried there and remember their ancestors.
No, I do not speak Spanish but am learning and would welcome help from anyone willing to be my teacher. I live in a community where about 70% of the people speak Spanish and the nearest store is Spanish. Many of my neighbours are Spanish and thou we can't communicate with more than a few words we share many customs together and they often include my little ones in their celebrations.

I loved this piece it was beautiful. However not everyone understands Spanish so I am glad you didn't write the whole thing in another language. I like how you used your words, but to me it just didn't seem all that descriptive. I was wondering however what made you want to write this. From experiences like this or just because you like Halloween? Well anyway this wasn't the best work of yours I have seen but it was still very good. I still have no idea what that Spanish means either. Maybe you could put in parenthesis what it means by it.
If you don't speak Spanish, this is your homework to figure out. If you can't figure it out, let me know and I'll translate it for you.
